Yes, we have free safe street parking available for guests.

Our rental includes a fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels, Wi-Fi, and cable TV.

Electricity, Water, Trash Pick-up, Sewer maintenance and Internet WiFi are paid by the Landlord.

AStayNVacay is the only booking site that allows a payment plan for monthly stays. All Guests must sign a Month-2-month Lease agreement. And Provide Government Issued ID/Passport and SSN.

Yes you can. You will still need to fill out an application, undergo a credit and background check and sign a lease agreement. No exceptions. 

Sorry, we do not accept a screenshot of scores from apps such as wallet hub, Experian, Fico, etc. 

Yes we are Pet Friendly. I do recommend 1 large or 2 small pets per unit.

**Please be informed that I have 2 large obedient dogs that live in the main house with me. They PLAY and do their business in the front part of the property but always under my supervision. They are never without me or my wife. Guests rarely get to interact with them.**

- I may also have other guests staying with their pets on their property. Please supervise your pets accordingly.
